Если по смыслу от вас ждут ответа, то "Shoot!" будет означать "Говори!". Если же говорящий выражает удивление или разочарование, то "Shoot!" - просто более социально приемлемая замена восклицания (*)"Shit!"(*)

Такая инъекция называется - shot, а места (типа грязных скверов и задних дворов) где подобные действия совершаются коллективно (вместе ширяются), называются shooting gallery. Их легко опознать - там всегда шприцы валяются, обертки всякие, иглы. Если вы попали в такое место случайно, валите оттуда по быстрому. Отдельные американские наркоманы имеют неприятную привычку убивать за три доллара. Более безопасны подобные места в Канаде, хотя мы не можем гарантировать, что у вас не уведут там кошелек или, хуже, что вам там не пригрозят иголкой со свежей кровью (зараженность СПИДом в этой среде повальная).
